There is a complete array of services available to meet the individual needs of each resident. Additional levels of service can be arranged if and when a resident requires more assistance. Individual care plans are prepared and maintained for each resident. They are regularly reviewed with the resident and appropriate family members to ensure that the correct level of service and support is in place for each person.
Assisted Living at its Best:
- Twenty-four hour staffing of licensed nursing professionals and resident nursing assistants.
- Up to forty-five minutes of personal care is included for assistance with such activities as showering, dressing, grooming, or escorting a resident to the dining room or activities.
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service, including fresh towels twice a week. This includes daily trash pick up.
- Medication management assistance overseen by the nursing staff.
- Laundry facilities with individual detergent are conveniently located on each floor for the residents’ use.
- A licensed social worker is on staff to assist with family and resident issues.
- Board certified geriatric social workers maintain regular appointment schedule on-site for those situations requiring specially trained geriatric professionals.
- Full service on-site dental care through regularly scheduled dental days every six to eight weeks. Scheduling and coordination is provided by the staff.
- Emergency Response System
- Three specially-prepared and individually served meals per day in an elegant dining room.
- Continental breakfast on resident floors for those time when a resident prefers to take a small breakfast in their room.
- Accessible to over 200 physicians and emergency services due to the location on the campus of Beverly Hospital.
- Chauffeured transportation at no charge for medical appointments on the Beverly Hospital campus. Also available for appointments throughout the North Shore.
- Scheduled group transportation to events and programs.
- Complete recreational program, which changes and is updated monthly to reflect exciting and seasonal activities and programs.
- Full service hair salon
- Small pets who can be cared for by the resident are welcome.
