The Herrick House has 88 spacious, private apartments located on the second, third and fourth floors. Many beautifully appointed common areas for residents to enjoy are located on the ground floor. Among the common areas are a gracious parlor with grand piano and fireplace, formal dining rooms, library with fireplace, private dining room, activities and arts center, comfortable lounges, covered porch, courtyard, terraces, sunroom and the Heeltapper Pub with fireplace.
